Kahl am Main, August 10, 2023 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES announces that the publication of the annual financial statements for the business year 2022 will take place by October 31, 2023.

The Baker Tilly GmbH & Co. KG, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, was appointed as auditor (HGB) and group auditor (IFRS) for the business year 2022 by the Local Court Aschaffenburg on May 16, 2023, upon request of the company. In an agreement between the Company and the responsible auditor, it was noted today that the audit work on the 2022 annual financial statements will not be completed by August 31, 2023, as originally planned. Instead, the 2022 financial statements will be published by October 31, 2023.
