PEARL GOLD AG: CEO Julia Boutonnet Steps down from her Office as per 20th November 2023

Ms. Julia Boutonnet today declared her resignation from the management board of PEARL GOLD AG as per 20th November 2023. In her declaration to the supervisory board, she expressed her gratitude for the trust received and assured her full cooperation and support during the transition to the successor administration.

Ms. Boutonnet was elected sole member of the management board of PEARL GOLD AG in December 2017. She led the company out of insolvency proceedings as well as the subsequent liquidation phase (1st January 2021 to 6th April 2022), during which she was liquidator. Since 7th April 2022, she has been holding the office of sole member of the management board again. All throughout, Ms. Boutonnet did not claim any remuneration.
