SYZYGY AG: Franziska von Lewinski stepping down from SYZYGY GROUP

A change in the Management Board of the SYZYGY GROUP is set to take effect at the end of 2023. Franziska von Lewinski (51) has notified the Supervisory Board of the SYZYGY GROUP that she will not be extending her contract as CEO and will therefore leave the company at year-end.

The SYZYGY GROUP's Supervisory Board will decide on a successor in due course. Until such time, the Group will move forward under its existing strong management teams. Management Board members Frank Ladner as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Erwin Greiner as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will continue the successful work already under way.

The SYZYGY GROUP has performed well under her leadership, gaining many new high-profile clients. Together with her board colleagues and teams, Franziska von Lewinski has also succeeded in significantly boosting the agency group's visibility, with its strong brands," said Antje Neubauer, chair of the SYZYGY GROUP Supervisory Board. "We would like to thank Franziska von Lewinski for ensuring that the SYZYGY GROUP is well positioned for the future. The Supervisory Board wishes her all the very best in her future professional career."
