At the Extraordinary General Meeting of CA Immobilien Anlagen Aktiengesellschaft, Vienna, FN 75895 k, held on November 10, 2023, at the request of the shareholder SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à r.l, Luxembourg, the resolution adopted at the Annual General Meeting of May 4, 2023, regarding the appropriation of the net profit for the 2022 financial year providing for the distribution of a dividend of EUR 1.00 for each ordinary share with dividend entitlement was amended and the distribution of an additional dividend of EUR 2.56 was resolved. The additional dividend is due for payment on November 24, 2023 (dividend payment date); the ex-dividend date is November 20, 2023. The determination of the eligible holdings in connection with the distribution will take place on November 21, 2023 (dividend record date).
