S IMMO AG: Changes in the Supervisory Board

The Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, Karin Rest, informed S IMMO AG today that she is resigning from the Supervisory Board with effect from 15 January 2024 in accordance with the company's Articles of Association. Karin Rest was first elected to the Supervisory Board of S IMMO AG in May 2018 and chaired it from October 2020.
