SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES - Successful Annual General Meeting on December 14, 2023

• Attendance amounted to 30.42 % of the share capital
• Shareholders approve all agenda items

Kahl am Main, December 14, 2023 - 30.42 % of the share capital was present at today's Annual General Meeting of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) in Frankfurt am Main.

The Annual General Meeting approved all agenda items, including the discharge of the corporate bodies and the amendment of the Articles of Association, with a large majority.
Mr. Denan Chu has made himself available as a candidate for the Supervisory Board and was elected by the Annual General Meeting.

Dr.-Ing. Stefan Rinck, Chairman of the Management Board: "We look forward to working with the new member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Denan Chu, representative of our largest shareholder, Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. China."
