Franz Jurkowitsch has transferred 5,548,110 shares, which he previously held personally, to a company of the Amber Private Foundation. Franz Jurkowitsch has been a beneficiary of the Amber Private Foundation since it was established in 1999. Amber Privatstiftung held 5,765,000 shares immediately prior to the transaction. In addition, Franz Jurkowitsch holds 50% of the shares in VI Franchise GmbH, which holds 3,417,116 shares, which is why only the shares held directly by Dr Jurkowitsch were listed in the previous notification of shareholdings from 2010, which is why 14.02% is shown above in field 6 (situation in the previous notification). However, Amber Privatstiftung was always controlled by Dr Jurkowitsch pursuant to section 133 no. 4 BörseG, which is why the shares in Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft held by Amber Privatstiftung were already attributable to him at that time.
