Extrafin SpA: Granted authorization for loan provision, expanding Fintech capabilities

Extrafin S.p.A. ("Extrafin" or the "Company") announces that on March 5, 2024, the Chamber of Commerce of Pordenone-Udine processed the application regarding the integration of new activities, which will complement those already carried out.

As stipulated by the bylaws, the Company has been authorized to engage in the granting of loans, including the purchase of credits within the limits indicated by article 2, paragraph 2, D.M. no. 53/2015, excluding activities conducted with the public as provided for in article 3, paragraph 2 of D.M. no. 53/2015, and, in general, excluding any activities reserved under article 106 of the Banking Act.

This represents a significant opportunity for Extrafin, which will develop its own Fintech platform in a restricted environment, to be made available to all affiliated and participating companies, thus enabling them to leverage this new opportunity.
