S IMMO AG: Management and Supervisory Board propose to the AGM not to distribute a dividend for 2023

The Supervisory and Management Board of S IMMO today decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 03 May 2024 not to distribute a dividend for the 2023 financial year, and to carry forward the distributable profit shown in the annual financial statement in its entirely to new account in order to use the funds to strengthen the balance sheet.
