Mr. Wilhelm K. T. Zours has informed Biofrontera AG in a statement dated today that he is resigning from his office as member and Chairman of the Supervisory Board for important personal reasons with immediate effect.

The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Dr. Jörgen Tielmann, will perform his duties on an interim basis until a new Chairman is appointed.
