Vollständige Kette der kontrollierten Unternehmen: Radovan Vitek ist der Gründer des Vitek Family Trust, den er vollständig kontrolliert. Herr Vitek übertrug Anteile an Ravento S.à r.l., Efimacor S.à r.l. und CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. auf den Vitek Family Trust, wie folgt. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Gentaviana, a.s., die wiederum 100 % an Estodanto, a.s. hält, die wiederum 100 % an Nuclesot, a.s. hält, die ihrerseits 25,55% an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55% an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Mustonaria, a.s., die wiederum 100% an Adauteis, a.s., hält, die wiederum 100% an Meganeura, a.s. hält, die wiederum 25,55% an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55% an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält. Der Vitek Family Trust hält 100% an Carbiomys, a.s., die ihrerseits 100 % an Gerocasiata, a.s., die wiederum 100 % an Proluesta, a.s. hält, die wiederum 25,55 % an Ravento S.à r.l., 25,55 % an Efimacor S.à r.l. und 25,12% an CPIPG Holding S.à r.l. hält.
