UMT United Mobility Technology AG: New Supervisory Board as of June 09, 2024
München (pta009/09.06.2024/11:55 UTC+2)
As announced on May 8, 2024, the Supervisory Board of UMT United Mobility Technology AG ("UMT AG", Securities identification number WKN: A2YN70, ISIN: DE000A2YN702), consisting of Walter Raizner (Chairman), Clemens Jakopitsch (Deputy Chairman) and Stefan Krach, resigned from office at the end of June 8, 2024. The reason for this was the restoration of the legally secure appointment of the Supervisory Board due to an existing action for annulment.
The Munich Local Court (Register Court) granted the application of the Management Board pursuant to Section 104 AktG and appointed Dr. Oliver Krauss, Dr. Guido Bohnenkamp and Bernhard W. Langer as the new Supervisory Board of UMT AG by resolution dated June 4, 2024.
Dr. Oliver Krauss is a business lawyer. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate and securities litigation and in representing activist and corporate governance investors in German stock corporations.
As a partner in a corporate finance and M&A advisory firm in Cologne, Dr. Guido Bohnenkamp has a first-class track record and a well-founded network in the field of small and mid-cap investments in Europe.
Bernhard W. Langer is a member of the management board of a global asset manager and is responsible for the global equity and quant business. He has an excellent network of national and international investors, fund companies and investors.
The court appointment of the Supervisory Board members is limited until the company's next Annual General Meeting, at which the Supervisory Board will be newly elected.
