Wealth Dragons Group PLC: The Group confirms the date of delisting on the Vienna Stock Exchange.

London, United Kingdom - July 22nd, 2024 - Wealth Dragons Group PLC ("Wealth Dragons" or "the Company") (VIE: WDG) (ISIN: GB00BGMGZR93) issues an update on the listing of Wealth Dragons Group PLC on the Direct Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.

Wealth Dragons Group PLC today confirmed the voluntary delisting from the Vienna Stock Exchange on the 31st of July.

As previously announced the decision to remove Wealth Dragons Group PLC from the Vienna exchange is for multiple reasons, the ongoing litigation against former Director John Lee, and to protect stakeholders' interests.

The company aims to list on a new exchange at a date in the near future. This will give easier access for investors and also re-establish a valuation that reflects our business potential.
