GIEAG Immobilien AG: Philipp Pferschy to leave the Management Board prematurely as of July 31, 2024

GIEAG Immobilien AG ("GIEAG") informs about a personnel change in the Management Board: Philipp Pferschy has asked the Supervisory Board of the company today to terminate his Management Board mandate prematurely for personal reasons with effect from July 31, 2024. Philipp Pferschy has been a member of the Management Board since 2012 and remains a significant shareholder of GIEAG Immobilien AG. The Supervisory Board will now look for a successor for Mr. Philipp Pferschy.

The remaining Management Board member Benjamin Johansson will continue to be responsible for the operational development of the GIEAG real estate portfolio and important project developments.
