Serviceware SE: A stricter focus on AI is increasingly paying off
- Serviceware convinces with AI: numerous companies from areas such as banking, real estate, software, education and food retailing acquired as new customers
- Use of AI in Serviceware ESM platform further stepped up: release of the new AI Process Engine
Idstein, 19 September 2024 Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) continues to make very good progress in further expanding the share of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in its products and the ESM platform as a whole. Serviceware puts AI at the heart of modern customer service. AI is already fully integrated into the modules of the ESM platform and its share is being consistently increased. In September, the new AI Process Engine was released for creating workflows, modelling data and designing dialogues. Initially, the AI Process Engine is available for Serviceware customers in the holistic Service Lifecycle Management, which focuses on the entire lifecycle of the services of a service organisation. As the AI-native core of the ESM platform, the AI Process Engine supports companies, among other things, in the definition, description and categorisation of new services, in the AI-based process design on the basis of textual process descriptions or the implementation of complex approval processes at enterprise level.
The fact that the platform strategy of Serviceware with a strong integration of AI into all service processes is bearing fruit is again demonstrated by the acquisition of numerous high-calibre new customers in recent weeks. Through the use of AI-intensive platform modules such as Serviceware Knowledge or the Solution Bot of Serviceware, the new customers are able to implement service processes even faster and with a uniformly high quality and to achieve significant internal efficiency gains and cost reductions.
Among others, a leading provider of specialised software relies on the Serviceware ESM platform with its numerous AI solutions and AI applications. A renowned university in Austria uses the Serviceware platform for its ITSM and HR service management. A food retailer with over 350 outlets in Germany and Austria now also uses the Serviceware platform with its numerous AI modules and saves costs and time in customer service through the use of Artificial Intelligence. Many other companies, such as a Central European bank and large real estate managers, have opted for Serviceware with its innovative AI solutions in recent weeks.
Dirk K. Martin, CEO at Serviceware: "We are consistently making our ESM platform AI-native. AI automates processes and reduces costs like no other technology before it. The potential for automation and savings is particularly huge in customer service. Our goal is to automate all service processes using our AI-based Serviceware platform. With the release of the new AI Process Engine, we have taken another important step in this direction. We create significant added value for companies and their customers with our solutions. The numerous new customers acquired in recent weeks are once again impressive proof of our expertise and strong market position in AI."
The successes of Serviceware in the field of AI were also recognised by the Hessian state government. During her visit to the AI Competence Centre of Serviceware in Darmstadt, the Hessian Minister for Digitalisation and Innovation, Kristina Sinemus, called the Competence Centre "a model for application-oriented research from which both business and science can benefit".
