Our decision to continue to monitor selected purchases of land in distribution-secured locations has proven to be the right one.

The experts at a large German insurance company are also warning of an imminent end to the short-term favourable real estate.

This expert opinion is based, among other things, on inflation protection through real estate, attractive rental growth, a high fundamental supply shortage (the most important factor!), real estate prices that have already fallen in real terms and relaxation of the interest rates.

After a thorough and careful exploration of the market, the company is entering the active project implementation phase of investments in land based on the reasonable price level and under our credo 'SAFE - FAST - PROFITABLE'.

The recoverability of very well realisable land in prime locations is still considered to be the safest and most consistent investment for our investors.
