MVV Energie AG: Increase in regular dividend by Euro 0.10 to Euro 1.25 per share

MVV Energie AG (ISIN: DE000A0H52F5; WKN: A0H52F) generated adjusted EBIT of Euro 426 million in the 2024 financial year (1 October 2023 – 30 September 2024). Excluding disposal gains, adjusted EBIT amounted to Euro 416 million and thus reached the upper end of MVV's most recent forecast range of Euro 390 million to Euro 420 million.

In view of the earnings performance, MVV's Executive and Supervisory Board will propose an increase in the regular dividend by Euro 0.10 to Euro 1.25 per share for approval by the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

MVV will present its full annual results on 12 December 2024 at its Annual Results Press Conference and subsequent Analysts' Conference. The energy company will hold its Annual General Meeting on 14 March 2025.
