Erste Group Bank AG: Resolution to cancel own shares

As previously announced, Erste Group Bank AG successfully completed a share buyback programme with a volume of EUR 499,999,953.78. Between 28 June 2024 and 28 November 2024 a total of 10,398,524 shares were repurchased at an average price per share of EUR 48.08.

The Management Board of Erste Group Bank AG resolved today – with consent of the Supervisory Board – to cancel 10,398,524 repurchased own shares in Erste Group Bank AG representing approximately 2.47% of the share capital of Erste Group Bank AG.
