Rosenbauer International AG: Annual General Meeting elects candidates proposed by Robau to the Supervisory Board

Today, April 1, 2025, an Extraordinary General Meeting of Rosenbauer International AG took place. The only item on the agenda was elections to the supervisory board. With a majority of more than 90%, Friedrich Roithner, Gernot Hofer and Florian Hutter were elected to the Supervisory Board.

The Annual General Meeting thus fully followed the proposed resolutions of RVG NewCo GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Robau Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH ("Robau").

In addition, Robau was able to convince Christian Reisinger to remain on the Supervisory Board of Rosenbauer International AG for Robau in the future. As a result, Robau has succeeded in retaining industry know-how and several years of company-specific expertise on the Supervisory Board.

At a meeting of the newly constituted Supervisory Board held immediately after the Annual General Meeting, Christian Reisinger was elected as its Chairman and Gernot Hofer as Deputy Chairman.
