PORR AG: Announcement on total number of voting rights pursuant to Section 135 Stock Exchange Act 2018

PORR AG (the "Company") announces that the total number of voting rights as per the end of November 2021 amounts to a total of 39,278,250 voting rights and the share capital amounts to EUR 39,278,250.00. The total number of voting rights was increased by 10,183,250 voting rights, which stem from a capital increase from the authorized capital of the Company. The change in the total number of voting rights as well as the share capital of the Company is effective since 5 November 2021.
