Creactives Group SpA: Annual results 20-21

Verona (pta022/24.09.2021/21:04 UTC+2) Revenue grew organically by ca. 30% from 3,4M EUR (FY 19-20) to 4,4M EUR (FY 20-21) - SaaS revenue almost doubled from 748k EUR to 1,322M EUR - Recurring revenue now accounts to ca. 50% of the total turnover of the group.

Verona, September 24, 2021. The Board of Directors of Creactives Group S.p.A. ("Creactives Group") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), an international company that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, today approved the draft financial statements (both consolidated and as a single company) as at June 30 2021, which will be resolved by the shareholders' meeting on October 27 2021.

In the last year, consolidated group revenue grew from 3,4M EUR to 4,4M EUR, with an increase of ca. 30% YoY, a significant improvement compared not only to FY 19-20, but also to the best result we achieved prior the start of the pandemic (ref. FY 18-19). We came back to a positive consolidated group EBITDA of ca. 500k EUR and strongly reduced the losses from 860k EUR (FY 19-20) to 160k EUR (FY 20-21). The sale of SaaS subscriptions passed from 748k EUR to 1,322M EUR, almost doubling the size and in general the amount of recurring revenue is now ca. 50% of the total business. We won important customers - the total number of customers accounts more than 40 multinationals - such as Galp, BorgWarner, Perenco, A2A, Endress+Hauser Group, we have been selected for innovation pilot by Shell and we have been included in several maps - such as the Procurement Technology Market Map - by leading experts in our industry. All in all, despite the pandemic was still very present during FY 20-21 we managed to revert the trend of FY 19-20, and we achieved important results, bringing the company back on track on its growth path.
We are now working hard to expand the channel and define high-level partnerships and alliances to boost the international expansion of our business.
The partnership with KPMG in Belgium announced at the beginning of the year was just the first step in this direction.

The draft financial statements will be made available online in the coming weeks, according to the call of the Annual Shareholders Meeting, which will take place on October 27, 2021.
