ATOMOS Holding AG: ATOMOS Holding AG issues its first corporate bond 2024/2029

Frankfurt, March 5, 2024 - ATOMOS Holding AG (www.atomosholding.com), a clinic operator with many years of experience in the areas of health care and real estate, launched its first corporate bond in Frankfurt yesterday. The bond with an issue volume of up to EUR 250 million is aimed at qualified and institutional investors interested in real estate-related investments in the DACH region. ATOMOS uses the funds raised to expand clinic capacities and acquire additional locations as part of its European growth strategy.

The issuer pays an annual coupon of 5.5% for a term of five years, which is subsequently paid out annually to the investors. The bond was securitized with a global certificate and is included in trading on the open market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the ISIN: DE000A3LTTY9 WKN: A3LTTY. The net proceeds from the issue will be invested by ATOMOS Holding AG in accordance with the business plan in a number of verified additional locations and their equipment, exclusively in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
