Cogia AG: Cogia Partners with VCI Global to Distribute AI-Based State of the Art "Socializer Messenger"

Cogia GmbH, a leading software company based in Germany, is pleased to announce its partnership with VCI Global Limited (NASDAQ: VCIG) ("VCI Global") as the distributor for the promotion and sale of Cogia's advanced application for secure communication, "Socializer Messenger".

The game-changing "Socializer Messenger" represents a breakthrough in communication technology. In addition to offering the conventional services available on other messaging platforms it powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and military-grade encryption, elevates communication to new levels across four dimensions: privacy, security, business, and administration. It is a comprehensive and secure all-in-one communication tool that ensures data protection and encryption.

VCI Global has been granted an exclusive license to promote, market, and distribute "Socializer Messenger" in Southeast Asian countries, with a non-exclusive license for areas outside Southeast Asia. VCI Global will receive a percentage of the revenue generated from the messenger's sales.

Once formalized, the distributorship agreement between Cogia GmbH and VCI Global is initially set for two years, with automatic renewal for an additional year.
