("Icona Technology" or the "Company") (ISIN IT0005465528 – ticker: CARE), an international scale-up dedicated to advancing the digital transformation of after-sales services, following what was communicated on November 25, 2024, announces that today the deposit was made with the Companies' Register of Milan Monza-Brianza Lodi of the new composition of the share capital of the Company related to the bonus share issue.
Following the assignment, the share capital of Icona Technology remains unchanged and amounts to a total of Euro 172.250, divided into 7.068.000 ordinary shares (+178.000) with no indication of par value:
