Today, on 04 February 2022, S IMMO AG was notified in accordance with section 130 et seq Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG), that CPI PROPERTY GROUP S.A. on 02 February 2022 has crossed a voting rights threshold and on 02 February 2022 held 11,818,668 shares in S IMMO, corresponding to approximately 16.06% of the share capital of S IMMO AG.
