Creactives Group SpA: Creactives S.p.A. reaches a positive agreement with the Revenue Agency

Verona, February 13, 2023. Creactives Group S.p.A. ("Creactives Group" or the "Company") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), an international company, listed on the Direct Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange, that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, announces that its subsidiary Creactives S.p.A. ("Crei") has reached a positive agreement with the Revenue Agency regarding tax credits for research and development expenses for the 2017/2018 fiscal year.

Pursuant to the same agreement, Crei also committed to make spontaneous payment of the amounts for the years 2016/2017 and 2018/2019 and to payment by special active repentance for subsequent years affected, resubmitting supplementary declaration where necessary. Crei therefore, pursuant to the agreement reached with the Revenue Agency, will have to pay for all affected annuities a total amount of approximately €323 thousand, plus interest where applicable, to be paid in 36 months.

The Company also reached the agreement with the Revenue Agency in order to close any potential liability prior to the future admission of the shares on Euronext Growth Milan - Professional Segment, while trusting that it acted in compliance with applicable regulations and in good faith.
