SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES - Deadlines for submission of audited financial statements for the business year 2020 extended by lenders

Kahl am Main, July 18, 2022 - SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG (SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES) today agreed extensions with the lenders of the working capital facility in the amount of € 10.0 million as well as the committed and senior secured loan ("Loan") in the amount of € 4.0 million for the contractually required submission of the audited financial statements for the business year 2020. Due to the postponement of the audit, the term of both contracts had to be extended.

An extension to October 28, 2022 was agreed for the loan of €4.0 million. The submission deadline in the loan agreement with the major international bank for the working capital line in the amount of € 10.0 million at was also extended. The bank has announced that, for formal reasons, it can initially grant the extension of the deadline only on a monthly basis until August 23, 2022. The bank is aware that further extensions will be required and has indicated that it will decide on these on the basis of an updated review of the financial situation of SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES in good time before the expiry of the respective current deadline.
