Frequentis AG: Dividend of EUR 0.20 per share approved

The Annual General Meeting 2022 was held virtually and transmitted online. Shareholders around the world were therefore able to follow the entire meeting. The Executive Board presented the highlights of 2021 and outlined the management agenda for 2022.
"We see the Annual General Meeting as a good opportunity to showcase Frequentis to our shareholders and inform them about our business performance. The large number of questions shows the continuing interest in Frequentis," said Frequentis' CEO Norbert Haslacher.
The Annual General Meeting resolved to pay a dividend of EUR 0.20 per share entitled to the dividend for the 2021 financial year. The dividend will be paid as from 10 June 2022. All other resolutions were also approved.
At the Annual General Meeting, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Hannes Bardach, announced that the term of office of Hermann Mattanovich had been extended. Hermann Mattanovich has agreed to remain in his role as Chief Technology Officer until 31 December 2024.
