Redemption of the Certificates – Call Notice:

The Company informs the holders of the Certificates (the Certificate Holders) of the Redemption of the Certificates on 29 January 2024 in accordance with Condition 6.3 (iv) of the Terms and Conditions. The Certificate Holders will receive the Redemption Amount of EUR 1,376.00 for each Certificate.

If the Certificate Holders have any questions or require any clarification in respect to the information set out in this notice, they may contact the Fiduciary.
