SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES publishes invitation to the second creditors' meeting on May 30, 2023

• The meeting will take place on May 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (CEST) in the rooms of the Hotel Le Méridien, Wiesenhüttenplatz 28-38, 60329 Frankfurt am Main (Room Culture 1 & 2)
• Registration is required by midnight (CEST) on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at the latest.

Kahl am Main, May 08, 2023 - The Executive Board of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG and the notary public Dr. Olaf Gerber with official residence in Frankfurt am Main in his capacity as voting officer of the voting without a meeting from May 2, 2023 to May 4, 2023 invite all holders of shares to register for the voting without a meeting. May 2023 invite all holders of the SINGULUS bond (bonds SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG, ISIN DE000A2AA5H5, WKN A2AA5H) to participate in the second creditors' meeting on May 30, 2023, and to exercise their voting rights.

The vote without a meeting pursuant to § 18 and §§ 5 et seq. SchVG did not constitute a quorum, as the required quorum of 50% of the outstanding bonds (§ 15 (3) sentence 1 SchVG) was not reached.

The meeting will be held on May 30, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. (CEST) in the rooms of Hotel Le Méridien, Wiesenhüttenplatz 28-38, 60329 Frankfurt am Main (Room Culture 1 & 2). It is possible to be represented by proxy or alternatively to authorize the proxy of the SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG who will vote according to your explicit instructions.

To participate, you must register by midnight (CEST) on May 27, 2023, at the latest. The invitation will be published in the Federal Gazette on May 10, 2023, and will also be available on the homepage at https://www.singulus.com/de/glaeubigerversammlung/ from that date.
