Extrafin SpA: Listing of Extrafin Ordinary Shares on the Vienna MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange

Udine (pta010/30.03.2021/07:15 UTC+2) Udine (UD), 30 March 2021: Extrafin S.p.A. (the "Company") - holding company of its group and a crowdfunding platform manager, authorised and regulated by the Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (the Italian financial markets authority) - informs that, as of today, its ordinary shares (ISIN Code IT0005355216) have been admitted to listing on the multilateral trading facility denominated Vienna MTF, managed and organised by the Wiener Börse AG and are therefore tradeable on such platform.
Moreover, the Company informs to have duly adopted the procedures on market abuse and disclosure of price sensitive information.
