Elaborx Ventures AG: Manica I Timber Investments Ltd starts to hold investor meetings with Qualified Investors

In relation to USD 33 million secured amortizing Green Notes

Manica I Timber Investments Ltd (Mauritius) (the "Issuer") with Elaborx Ventures AG (Switzerland) as its shareholder has mandated BMI International Europe Limited as Sole Global Coordinator to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany and UK with qualified investors as defined in the Prospectus Regulation (as defined below) ("Qualified Investors"), commencing on April 4th, 2022.

The road show will be starting in Austria (April 4th to 6th in Vienna), followed by Germany (April 7th to 8th in Munich). Online meetings will also be arranged to cater for Covid-19 restrictions as and when appropriate.

A proposed Regulation S only offering of US Dollar-denominated Fixed rate amortizing secured green notes (the "Notes"), with a specified denomination of USD 200,000, each, of the Issuer will follow, subject to market conditions and investors’ interest. The Notes are expected not to be rated. FCA / ICMA stabilization applies. The Notes will be certified under the Austrian UZ49 environmental quality standard, in line with ICMA Green Bond principles.

The bookbuilding process for the Notes will start on April 11, 2022 and will continue up to GMT 5:00 p.m. April 14, 2022. Settlement upon proposed Notes of the Issuer is set on April 20, 2022.

Manica I Timber Investments Ltd is a dedicated renewable timber and carbon asset investment vehicle allocating capital in sustainably managed eucalyptus commercial forestry plantations in regions reporting yields above Southern Africa industry averages. With its close proximity to the port of Beira, the eucalypt plantation and carbon asset project will make it a highly prized forestry asset and carbon sink, supplying seaborne markets with quality wood fiber to the pulp and paper industry, or sustainably managed biomass to the power utility sector.

Mozambique Tree Farming (Pty) Ltd, a South African company engaged in commercial forestry plantations and Elaborx AG, a Swiss based financial advisor, are sponsoring the Note issue
