Hamburg (pta046/05.03.2020/17:40 UTC+1) alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Essen.

alstria has signed a new lease for its asset at Bamlerstr. 1-5 in Essen. An existing tenant will renew its lease of around 1,900 sqm of existing space and extend its operation in the asset with an additional new office and ancillary space of 3,100 sqm. The new 10-year lease will start in mid-2020 and generates an annual rental income of around EUR 782,000.

The lease was brokered by BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH (Essen).
