Peach Property Group AG ("Peach Property Group") appoints Stefanie Koch as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Member of the Executive Management, effective March 15, 2025. Stefanie Koch brings extensive experience in real estate management, process optimization, and digital transformation. In her new role as COO, she will be responsible not only for enhancing operational performance but also for overseeing the company's IT and digital infrastructure. By integrating operational excellence with technological innovation, she will contribute to cost efficiency and profitability growth.

Stefanie Koch has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the real estate sector. Most recently, she served as Principal at Ritterwald Consulting, where she led mandates in restructuring, digitalization, and automation. Prior to that, she was Managing Director of Deutsche Wohnen Immobilien Management GmbH, overseeing a portfolio of 165,000 residential and commercial units. In this role, she played a key role in strategic portfolio management, process optimization, and the digitalization of operational workflows.

At the same time, Dr. Holger Franz will be appointed as General Representative of the Group's German entities, strengthening the extended Management Board. The fully qualified lawyer also has several years of leadership experience in the real estate industry. Early in his career, he specialized in real estate transactions and financing, initially working as a lawyer and partner at an international law firm. He later assumed leadership positions at various companies in the real estate and financial sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director or a member of the extended management team at two PropTech startups. Since joining Peach Property Group in mid-2024, he has played a key role in executing a major portfolio transaction and capital increase.
