QMD International Holdings Company Ltd.: Mr. He Yan and Dr. Zhou Yaxi to Join the Board of Directors of QMD International

QMD International Holdings Company Limited (JT9; ISIN: VGG3223A1057) today announces the appointment of Mr. He Yan and Dr. Zhou Yaxi as non-executive directors to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.

Mr. He has obtained a bachelor of civil engineering from Henan University, China, as well as a Master's Degree in Interior Design and Architecture from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He currently resides near Frankfurt/Main, Germany. He Yan began investing in cryptocurrencies in 2013. In 2021, he became the principal investor and shareholder of a 50 mega watt data center in Laos that is used for the mining of digital currencies.

Dr. Zhou Yaxi has an expertise in business management and international trade as well as capital operations. Having graduated from Saarland University in Germany, he received a doctorate in biomaterials.

With regret, Patrick P. L. Chan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of QMD, also accepts the resignation of Mr. Quan Hu and Jin Xin from the Board of Directors, effective immediately and thanks them for their contributions to the Company.
