Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG: Supervisory board member Viktor Igálffy resigns his functions effective

Vienna (pta018/15.12.2010/11:05 UTC+1) Dr. Viktor Igálffy is resigning all his functions as a member of the Warimpex supervisory board and as a lawyer upon his retirement effective 25 December 2010. Dr. Igálffy, who can look back on a successful career spanning more than 60 years, has worked for Warimpex from the company's early days.

"It is difficult for me, but there comes a time to leave the professional life behind - if only to give young people the same opportunities you had yourself," Dr. Igálffy says, looking back on his career.

Warimpex regrets the loss, but understands the decision to retire from active professional life. "We thank Dr. Igálffy for his many years of tireless work for Warimpex. We will miss him as an experienced and loyal colleague, and we wish him all the best in his well-deserved retirement," says Franz Jurkowitsch, the CEO of Warimpex.

The vacant position on the supervisory board will be filled during the next annual general meeting.
