SW Umwelttechnik Stoiser & Wolschner AG: Mid-term financing in revision

Klagenfurt (pta028/10.06.2011/13:45 UTC+2) The SW Group is mainly financed through bank loans. These were taken out mainly for modernisation and expansion investments between 2005 and 2008. SW Umwelttechnik's transparent and proactive information policy meets the expectations of the leading banks. Due to this good relationship the company can count on their support even during economically challenging times in CEE.

As stated in our annual report 2010, the company asked for an adaption of repayments for the investment loans. At the end of 2010 the banks had already assured their support. Based mid-term planning, developed in corporation with the financing banks, negotiations on a delay of repayments until mid of 2012 have started. So far these look like yielding the expected results, ie a general agreement to our propostion. The long-term repayment conditions will be adapted to the economical climate within the next year.

The company's strategy of taking advantage of the sustainable growth opportunities in CEE markets has proven itself even in these economically challenging times. In addition, SW Umwelttechnik will benefit from the market upswing due to the investments made into modern plants.
