Warimpex sells stake in budget hotel development project to Starwood Capital Group
Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG has sold its 50 per cent stake in the joint budget hotel development project in Central Europe to its joint venture partner, an affiliate of Starwood Capital Group. The sale covers two hotels that are currently under construction in Wroclaw, Poland, and a series of properties that the joint venture partners successfully prepared for development. The parties agreed that the purchase price would not be disclosed.
