Vienna, 17 December 2012 (pta026/17.12.2012/17:50 UTC+1) conwert Immobilien Invest SE announces in accordance with sec. 93 para. 2 of the Stock Exchange Act (BörseG) that EARNEST Partners, LLC, notified the acquisition of the following voting rights in conwert Immobilien Invest SE on 14 December 2012 in accordance with sec. 91, 92 nr 6 BörseG:

As of 13 December 2012 the proportion of voting rights held by EARNEST Partners, LLC, has exceeded the threshold of 5% pursuant to sec. 91 in conjunction with sec. 92 nr 6 BörseG. On the basis of powers of attorney, EARNEST Partners, LLC, (on behalf of its clients) is authorised to exercise the voting rights for 4,268,518 shares in conwert Immobilien Invest SE (approximately 5.001% of the voting rights based on a total of 85,359,273 conwert shares) at its discretion. EARNEST Partners, LLC, is controlled by its majority shareholder Westchester Limited, LLC, which is controlled by Mr Paul E. Viera. No customer of EARNEST Partners, LLC, individually holds 5% or more of the voting rights of conwert Immobilien Invest SE.
