YOC AG: New members appointed to the Supervisory Board of YOC AG

Sacha Berlik and Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff to take up positions

Berlin (pta016/17.01.2014/11:15 UTC+1) The local court Berlin-Charlottenburg appointed, with immediate effect, Sacha Berlik and Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff members of the YOC AG Supervisory Board in its decision of 13th January 2014. In so doing, the court approved the motion of Board member Dirk Kraus seconded by Supervisory Board member Dr Nikolaus Breuel.

Sacha Berlik is a pioneer in the field of digital marketing: He is General Manager Europe at DataXu, a global leader in programmatic buying (automatic trading of advertising inventory). Prior to taking this position, Sacha Berlik was CEO and co-founder of Mexad. In addition to the digital agency Oridian (now Ybrant Digital), he set up one of the first Europe-wide online networks known as Active Agent and planned the online presence of Sat.1, one of Germany's largest private television stations.

Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff is an attorney-at-law and specialist for tax law. For over 20 years, he has served companies and investors in connection with investments, financing and transactions. Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff is one of the founding partners of Lambsdorff Rechtsanwälte, a spin-off of a large international law firm that focuses on high-growth companies.

Dr Nikolaus Breuel owns long-standing experience as CEO in the field of service. His core areas of expertise are in the definition and implementation of strategic corporate alignment and restructuring.

In its constitutive meeting on 16th January 2014, the Supervisory Board elected Mr Dr Nikolaus Breuel as its new Chairman and Mr Konstantin Graf Lambsdorff as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
