CA Immobilien Anlagen AG: Publication of the offer document regarding the voluntary partial offer of O1 Group Limited

Vienna (pta008/28.11.2014/07:30 UTC+1) 28.11.2014. Today, O1 Group Limited has published its offer document regarding the voluntary partial offer for shares of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG that was announced on 2 October 2014. Subject to the offer is the acquisition of up to 9,735,276 bearer shares of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG (ISIN AT0000641352) traded on the Vienna Stock Exchange (Prime Market segment) at a price of EUR 18.50. In case the offer will be accepted up to the maximum amount, the stake of O1 Group Limited in CA Immobilien Anlagen AG would increase from currently 16.15% to 26%. The offer period will be 10 weeks; the offer may be accepted from 28 November 2014 until (and including) 6 February 2015, 4:00pm (Vienna local time). The acceptance of the offer must be declared in writing and addressed to the depositary bank of the respective shareholder of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG. Declarations of acceptance will be considered on a pro rata basis.

The Management Board of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG has issued a response to the bidders' offer. The Supervisory Board of the target company agreed with the contents of the response and subscribed to its views.
