Following the merger of iQ Power AG into its 100% subsidiary, iQ Power Licensing AG, new shares of iQ Power Licensing AG have been issued for trading on the Berlin Stock Exchange and the old shares of iQ Power AG have been cancelled.

Shareholders must note that they will have only 25% as many shares as previously due to the reverse split of 4 : 1 which took place with the merger and issuance of new shares. The new common shares of iQ Power Licensing AG are four times more valuable than the previous shares of iQ Power AG.
