Ming Le Sports AG: Changes in the Supervisory Board and Management Board

Bad Vilbel (pta023/22.05.2015/16:35 UTC+2) Ming Le Sports publishes the following:

1. Change in its Supervisory Board

The local court (Amtsgericht) Frankfurt am Main appointed Mr. Rolf Birkert and Mr. Michael Strabo as members of the supervisory board with decision dated April 27, 2015.

Mr. Frank Fiebrandt and Mr. Bryan Riviere declared their resignation from their offices as supervisory board members before.

2. Change in its Management Board

Today, the new supervisory board appointed Ms. Hsiao-Tze Tsai with effect as of May 26, 2015 to a member of the management board with single power of representation for a term of two years.

The member of the management board Alan Tan declared to resign from his office as member of the management board with effect as of January 31, 2015. As a result, he is no longer member of the management board of Ming Le Sports AG.

Mr. Shoutan Guo declared to resign from his office as member of the management board with effect as of March 8, 2015. As a result, he is no longer member of the management board of Ming Le Sports AG.

3. New Adress in the Future

Upon June 1, 2015 Ming Le Sports AG has the following new address:

4. Publication of Financial Statements 2013

The publication of the financial statements cannot be dated at the moment. Ms. Tsai was asked to check the situation of the company as soon as her appointment as member of the management board of the company becomes effective and to prepare the financial statements 2013 and 2014.

5. Continuance of Communication to the Capital Market

The company shall make efforts to make up soon the publication requirements not yet fulfilled pursuant to capital markets requirements.
