BENE AG: Bene announces changes to financial calendar

Vienna / Waidhofen an der Ybbs (pta018/29.06.2015/18:17 UTC+2) 29 June 2015: Due to the fact that the resolutions of the extraordinary general meeting of 8 June 2015 are still in the process of implementation, Bene AG has amended its financial calendar.

The remainder of the financial calendar for the 2015/16 financial year is as follows:

23 July 2015 Results for the 2014/15 financial year
17 September 2015 Annual General Meeting
17 September 2015 Results for the first half of the 2015/16 financial year
10 December 2015 Results for the third quarter of the 2015/16 financial year
