AMAG Austria Metall AG: Early extension of Management Board contracts of Gerald Mayer and Helmut Kaufmann

Ranshofen (pta028/19.11.2015/15:40 UTC+1) At its meeting on November 19, 2015, the Supervisory Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG passed a unanimous resolution to implement an early extension of the Management Board contracts of Chief Financial Officer Gerald Mayer and Chief Technology Officer Helmut Kaufmann until December 31, 2019.

"With this decision, we aim mainly to ensure continuity in the implementation of our strategic growth program," notes Josef Krenner, Supervisory Board Chairman at AMAG Austria Metall AG.

Helmut Wieser will remain Chief Executive Officer, having performed this role since April 2014. The allocation of responsibilities within the Management Board is unchanged.
