Vienna (pta032/02.12.2015/18:40 UTC+1) As per sec. 93 para. 2 Stock Exchange Act, conwert Immobilien Invest SE discloses that FIL Investments International announced on behalf of Fidelity Limited ("Fidelity") the following share of voting rights in conwert Immobilien Invest SE, in accordance with sec. 91, 91a Stock Exchange Act, on 27 November 2015:

A total of 7,354,018 shares in conwert Immobilien Invest SE are attributable to Fidelity, based in Bermuda, held by certain subsidiaries as shown below (this corresponds to approximately 8.62% of the voting rights based on a total of 85,359,273 conwert shares as of 26 November 2015).

The chain of controlled undertakings through which the shareholding (7,354,018 shares) is held, is as follows:

+ 6.76% of voting rights are allotted to shares of conwert Immobilien Invest SE held by FIL Investment Services (UK), which are controlled as follows, starting with the ultimate controlling legal entity:

+ 1.86% of voting rights are allotted to shares of conwert Immobilien Invest SE held by FIL Investments International, which are controlled as follows, starting with the ultimate controlling legal entity:
