PEARL GOLD AG: Legal Action Against Jean-Louis Dupuy; Board Meeting of Wassoul'Or SA

Pearl Gold AG has been informed, that at the latest Wassoul'Or Board Meeting held on November 9th 2015, Mr. Jean-Louis Dupuy acted as a Pearl Gold representative despite his resignation from his position as Management Board Member at Pearl Gold on April 15th, 2014 and the appointment of Mr. Reza Pacha as representative of Pearl Gold.

He further voted as Pearl Gold representative at this Wassoul'Or Board Meeting against the clear interests of our company.

The Supervisory Board agreed to the proposal of the Management Board to take legal action against Mr. Jean-Louis Dupuy for all damages caused by his misrepresentation.
