conwert Immobilien Invest SE: Results of the Extraordinary General Meeting

Vienna (pta035/17.03.2016/17:43 UTC+1) At the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of conwert Immobilien Invest SE (conwert, ISIN: AT0000697750) held today, Mountain Peak Trading Ltd, a subsidiary of ADLER Real Estate AG (Adler), withdrew its agenda items aimed at voting members of the Administrative Board out of office and reducing the number of Administrative Board members from five to four. In the voting that followed, the candidate proposed by Adler, Dirk Hoffmann, was elected as fifth board member.

The Administrative Board of conwert now consists of Barry Gilbertson, Erich Kandler, Alexander Proschofsky, Peter Hohlbein as well as Dirk Hoffmann.
