In the 18th AGM held on 22 April 2016, shareholders of Pankl Racing Systems AG (ISIN: AT0000800800) voted unanimously for the payment of a dividend amounting to Eur0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2015. This dividend was proposed by the Management Board and endorsed by the Supervisory Board.

Ex-dividend day is 27 April 2016, dividend payment day is 29 April 2016. Raiffeisen Centrobank AG acts as paying agent.

The dividend shall be paid net of 27,5% withholding tax, except exemptions to deduct withholding tax apply. Payment will be effected as a credit at the depositary bank.

The non-consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2015 show a balance sheet profit of Eur16,444,312.68.

The dividend payment of Eur0.60 per share results in a total dividend payment of Eur1,890,000 for 3,150,000 shares without nominal value.
The remaining balance sheet profit will be carried forward for new account.
