Hong Kong, SAR PR China, 06 July, 2016 (pta009/06.07.2016/08:55 UTC+2) Euro Asia Premier Real Estate Company Limited (JT9; ISIN: VGG3223A1057) informs that, further to the release as of 02 June, 2016, regarding the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Yanxi Industrial Shanghai Company Ltd. for a consideration of 1.26 million shares of Euro Asia and the intention to issue up to 2.8 million common shares of the Company via private placement at a price of 6.75 Euro on a best effort basis, management has decided to extend the closing date and offering period. Both were scheduled to be closed no later than 05 July, 2016, and are now set to close no later than 08 July, 2016.
